Her over 25 years vast career experience spans across varied sectors including Consultancy, Hospitality, Aviation, Fashion, Interior Décor, NGO and a host of other businesses in Ghana and Nigeria.

As Business Consultant, Adubea has a deep understanding of the Ghanaian business terrain and with her passion for entrepreneurship, she has guided several business owners through strategic planning, targeted marketing, operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

As Entrepreneur, Adubea has been Co-Founder and Managing Partner of two businesses in Accra, Ghana; an aviation group of companies and a restaurant. Through her foresight, multiple skills and passionate commitment, she successfully took these businesses from concept level to outstanding brands.
