Benaiah Uche Rawlings 

Founder and CEO of ZeaHomes – Workshop Convener & Key Speaker

Benaiah Uche Rawlings is the Founder and CEO of ZeaHomes, a Ghanaian real estate company based in Accra. Rawlings’ expertise and experience spans across property management, real estate agency, real estate investment, real estate marketing and general consultancy. ZeaHomes currently manages over 300 properties and has consulted for over 1,000 homes in Accra, Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda within the past six years.

   

In January 2026, the team will launch a groundbreaking Real Estate Mastery Workshop series with the theme “Mastering the Art of Real Estate in Ghana.” Rawlings will deliver expert insights, industry trends to empower participants and take their careers to the next level.

Building on his track record, Rawlings was recently nominated for the Excellence in Luxury Real Estate Award at the 2025 Ghana Industry CEO Awards, solidifying his position as a leader within the luxury real estate landscape. At the workshop, Rawlings will take center stage as the Convener and Key Speaker, sharing insights and expertise to elevate your real estate game.

Adubea Afua Ayisi has multiple competencies which she leverages as Business and Communications Consultant, Entrepreneur, Executive Trainer and Author.  Her over 25 years vast career experience spans across varied sectors including Consultancy, Hospitality, Aviation, Fashion, Interior Décor, NGO and a host of other businesses in Ghana and Nigeria.

 

As Business Consultant, Adubea has a deep understanding of the Ghanaian business terrain and with her passion for entrepreneurship, she has guided several business owners through strategic planning, targeted marketing, operational efficiency and sustainable growth.

As Entrepreneur, Adubea has been Co-Founder and Managing Partner of two businesses in Accra, Ghana; an aviation group of companies and a restaurant. Through her foresight, multiple skills and passionate commitment, she successfully took these businesses from concept level to outstanding brands.

 

Adubea is ardent about empowering Diasporans to build resilient businesses that thrive in Ghana. Consequently, as Founder of Adubea & Associates; a business consultancy exclusively for Diasporans.
